LEGAL TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING
Legal tech, innovation, and digital strategy for law firms and legal departments.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?
I am an experienced legal technologist, strategic change leader, and project manager with over 15 years of commercial experience. I have led innovation projects and portfolios for both law firms and legal technology vendors, giving me unique insight into both the 'buy' and 'sell' side of legal tech and innovation.
I offer freelance consulting and legal engineering services to:
corporate legal departments
legal tech vendors
I have a demonstrable track record in both scoping projects and implementing the same, from stakeholder engagement and 'ideation' through to project delivery and handover.
I was honoured to be included in the Fastcase50 list for 2022.
What I Do
LEGAL TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
I was Scotland's first Accredited Legal Technologist, a new accredited competency introduced by the Law Society of Scotland in 2019. I am experienced in all the main categories of legal tech such as e-discovery, document automation, e-signatures and legal AI.
I am an experienced project manager, having earned my Introductory Certificate with the Association for Project Management and then continuing to learn on the job. I am well versed in running proof of concepts, design thinking workshops, and customer requirement sessions.
I regularly present at legal technology conferences such as Legal Innovators, The Legal AI Forum, and the Law Society of Scotland's Annual Conference. I am a confident and engaging public speaker, and greatly enjoy the opportunity to share my experiences with my peers.
